Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for providing exceptional Customer Experience while managing freight forwarding files, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities Accountable for servicing a portfolio of clients, and addressing all customer related service requests. Play a support role to Account Managers and Directors of Accounts, escalating customer issues when required and working as an overall team to ensure excellent Customer Experience Coordinate and arrange booking requests, trucking, and inspections on behalf of our customers for their shipments. Review all booking confirmations for accuracy and quality control before sending to customers. Follow-up documentation requirements with customers and internal docs team as per schedule, and print all related documents as required. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products. Experience Excellent communication and language skills; English proficiency is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing your commitment to client satisfaction. Able to work autonomously and manage workload and responsibilities with minimal supervision, as much as possible; reaching out for assistance when service levels are at risk. Very organized and able to work within important deadlines. Able to problem solve and find solutions for customer issues and their respective needs. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
