French Teacher Responsibilities: Teach several sections of French or Spanish courses for upper school students. Develop engaging lesson plans and curricula tailored to student needs and follows departmental objectives. Organizing events where students can showcase their French language skills. Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior. Participate in regular professional development activities to stay current with best practices and innovation in language education. Serve as an advisor for a group of students, offering support, mentorship, and guidance to help them thrive academically and personally. Lead or assist co-curriculars which may include coaching, community engagement, outdoor education or arts assignments. Participate in residential life duties as needed by the school. French Teacher Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in French, Spanish, Linguistics, Education, or related required. Master's degree preferred. Proven written and verbal proficiency in French. 2-3 years of previous teaching experience. </
