Assessment & Feedback: Regularly assess student learning, provide progress reports, and diagnose learning needs, seeking specialist assistance as required. Professionalism: Maintain accurate records, assist in implementing district policies, and actively strive to improve professional competence through attendance at staff meetings and service on committees.
