We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact.The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step onto our property Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using Track property management software Answer guest inquiries with professionalism, providing information and assistance to callers promptly Coordinate guest reservations and special requests to enhance their stay experience Respond swiftly to guest inquiries or concerns, resolving issues with a positive attitude and proactive approach Collect information on guest maintenance/housekeeping requests and enter into Breezeway operations platform to assist operations staff.Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Uphold phone etiquette standards and handle guest communications professionally across all channels Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1year of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
