Job SummaryWe are a growing CPA firm seeking a Full-Time Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to support both our front desk operations and internal administrative needs.This position is split between client-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes administrative work.No tax experience is required at the start.We are looking for someone who is curious, reliable, and interested in learning basic tax concepts over time with training and support.Duties Front Desk / Client Support Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally Greet clients and assist with scheduling appointments Manage calendars and appointment confirmations Serve as the primary first point of contact for clients Administrative Support Perform general administrative tasks (document organization, scanning, data entry) Assist with client communications and document requests through TaxDome Help maintain accurate client records and file organization Support internal workflows and day-to-day office operations What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and problem-solve, while knowing when to ask for help Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and client portals Nice to Have (Not Required) Prior office or administrative experience Familiarity with CRM or workflow systems Interest in accounting, tax, or professional services Why Join Us Supportive and collaborative team Training provided -- no tax background required Stable, professional work environment Long-term growth opportunity within the firm Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location:In person.
