We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our Hotel. Must be dependable with a great attitude. Must be able to work weekends. Must be a great people person (Great personality) Must obtain a food handler permit. Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Provide customer Service by addressing inquiries via phone or email and offering helpful solutions to visitors or callers Experience Proven office experience or administrative support background in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Along with data entry skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls confidently Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
