Front Desk Agent/Bottle Shop Attendant - Part Time - Nittany Budget Motel

Running the front desk of the motel, which includes checking in/out and responding to requests/concerns for guests.Selling and stocking items in the bottle shop.Job Duties:-Listening to and understanding guest requests and concerns.Responding with prompt and appropriate action.-Verifying credit cards for authorization using electronic acceptance methods, as well as handling cash, making change, and balancing an assigned house bank -Use computerized system to track and change guest status in the motel -Operate computerized cash register system to process sales data -Daily cleaning duties Qualifications:Must be at least 18 yrs old.Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.Requires excellent customer service skills.Apply online or in-person at the Nittany Budget Motel, 2070 Cato Ave, State College PA 16801 Job Type:Part-time Pay:From $11.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evenings as needed Weekends as needed Work Location:In person.
