Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and room assignments to optimize occupancy Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Provide comprehensive guest services including concierge assistance, local information, and hospitality recommendations Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating via multi-line phone systems or in person Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest satisfaction at all times Promote a welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest relations and encourages repeat visits Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Familiarity with night audit procedures and resort operations is advantageous Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining attention to detail Previous hotel experience emphasizing guest relations or hospitality management is highly desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
