Front Desk Agent - Ultra-Luxury Condominium Location:Eleven Residences, FLCompensation:$25.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), highly polished Front Desk Agent to serve at an ultra-luxury condominium in Downtown Miami.This is a white-glove residential environment where hospitality, discretion, and refined professionalism are essential.The ideal candidate has prior experience working in luxury condominiums, five-star hotels, or high-end residential communities and understands the elevated expectations of residents and guests.This position is service-driven and hospitality-first, while maintaining strong awareness of security and operational protocols.Military or law enforcement backgrounds are valued but not required.Proven experience in luxury residential or hospitality environments is strongly preferred.White-Glove Service Responsibilities Greet residents and guests with polished professionalism and warmth Provide confident bilingual communication (English/Spanish) Maintain a refined and welcoming lobby presence at all times Coordinate seamlessly with concierge, valet, and property management teams Provide resident-focused assistance while maintaining situational awareness Anticipate resident needs and deliver proactive, hospitality-driven service Uphold the property's ultra-luxury image and service standards at all times Front Desk Responsibilities Monitor CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems Manage guest check-ins, vendor access, and delivery coordination per post orders Respond professionally to alarms, medical situations, and resident concerns De-escalate situations calmly, respectfully, and discreetly Enforce condominium policies and community standards with professionalism Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs Maintain strict confidentiality regarding residents and property operations Required Qualifications 3-5years of experience in luxury condominium, high-end residential, or five-star hospitality environments preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong hospitality mindset with exceptional customer service skills Experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals and VIP guests Professional communication, conflict resolution, and report writing skills Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain lobby presence Reliable transportation and punctuality Note:Florida Class D Security License is NOT required for this position.Preferred Background Prior experience at ultra-luxury residential towers or five-star hotels Experience with concierge-style service and resident engagement Familiarity with access control and visitor management systems Military, law enforcement, or hospitality security background (a plus, not required) Professional Standards Suit-style uniform presentation required Impeccable grooming and executive-level demeanor Discreet, observant, and detail-oriented Calm under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills Service-first mindset with strong situational awareness Compensation & Benefits $25.00 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical insurance available Long-term placement opportunity Professional, respectful, white-glove team environment Opportunity to work at one of Downtown Miami's premier ultra-luxury residential communities Position Summary This role is designed for a refined hospitality professional who understands that within ultra-luxury residential communities, the front desk is the face of the property.Service, presentation, and professionalism come first--while maintaining awareness, discretion, and operational control at all times.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$25.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Language:Spanish (Required) English (Required) License/Certification:D License (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
