Front Desk Agent Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott York, Nebraska You set the tone for every guest stay. At the Fairfield Inn & Suites York, the front desk is the command center of the hotel. Guests arrive tired from the road, traveling for work, visiting family, or passing through Nebraska. You are the first person they meet and the person they remember when they leave. We are looking for someone who is upbeat, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. What You Will Do Welcome guests and provide efficient, friendly check-in and check-out Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Answer phones and assist guests with information about the hotel and the York area Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Balance and manage cash, credit card transactions, and daily reports Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly Maintain a clean, organized, professional front desk and lobby area Deliver the service standards expected from a Marriott-branded hotel What We Are Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods Dependable and punctual Basic computer skills Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed Hotel experience is helpful but not required.
