We are hiring front desk guest service for brand new converted hotel in Paducah. Front Desk team members are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through check in, check out and provides excellent communication providing each guest with personalized service. Responsibilities Registers guests in a prompt and friendly manner Responds to guest needs Promotes hotel services and facilities Resolves guest complaints to satisfaction Books reservations Provides wake up calls Maintains accurate listing with current registered guests Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail Works positively as part of a team Computer aptitude Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $11.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Work Location: In person
