Guest Service Representative:The Guest Service Representative's responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.You will be our guests' first point of contact, so it is important to be friendly, efficient and maintain an upbeat attitude.You must also be proficient in resolving conflict while remaining positive and professional.Anticipate the needs of discerning travelers and be prepared to answer any number of questions and assist guests in any way to make them feel more comfortable before, during, and after their stay.You must strive to achieve our standard of being better than the best in every interaction and work with the entire team to create a memorable experience for each and every guest.Guest Services Responsibilities & Duties Oversee check-in and check-out procedures Monitor daily bookings and ensure guest requests are addressed prior to check-in Answer phone calls and route appropriately, make reservations, and assist with any other guest needs Monitor and respond to all online or text-based guest requests Responsible for all cash and credit card transactions so that drawers balance at the end of each shift Answers guest inquiries about area attractions, hotel services, directions, reservations, or other needs Promptly and effectively deal with guest requests and complaints Qualifications & Skills Great guest service and interpersonal skills Computer skills and some computer data input experience Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Strong telephone etiquette Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must have at least one (1) year or more in relevant experience.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay:$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Pensacola Beach, FL 32561 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Pensacola Beach, FL 32561:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
