Job Description
Role Summary Deliver exceptional guest experience by managing front office operations and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out aligned with brand standards. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional experience Manage check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly Maintain accurate records in PMS systems Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Uphold brand standards and service quality Requirements Customer service experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible shifts (24/7 operations) Basic computer/PMS knowledge Prior experience with branded hotels such as Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express preferred.
