We're Hiring: Part Time Guest Services Superstar! Are you a people person who loves to make someone’s day? Do you light up a room with your smile and keep cool under pressure? If so, we want YOU at our front desk! We’re on the hunt for a Guest Services A gent to be the face of our hotel—the first “hello” and the last “thank you” our guests experience. Your mission? To make every stay feel awesome, even if it’s just one night. What You’ll Do Greet guests like they’re family (the ones you like! ) Handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a smile Manage phone and online reservations like a pro Verify payments and guest information (and politely chase down missing details) Answer questions about rooms, rates, and perks Solve problems with grace and good vibes Work with housekeeping to make sure rooms are spotless and guest-ready Suggest upgrades, cool spots nearby, or the best breakfast options Keep guest records neat, tidy, and accurate What You Bring: Experience at a hotel front desk or in a similar customer-facing role Knowledge of booking sites like Expedia, Booking.com, and TripAdvisor A customer-first attitude that’s all about making people smile Clear, confident communication and sharp organizational skills A love for fast-paced environments and team vibes A degree in hotel management is awesome, but not required Bonus points if you can handle a phone, a guest, and a computer all at once—with a smile Location: This is an on-site position —you’ll be right in the action, greeting guests in person!
