Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details using hotel management software Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards while managing front desk operations in a fast-paced environment Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a focus on front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of hotel experience systems, reservation platforms, and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with guest relations practices, hotel policies, and hospitality industry standards Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a resort or hotel setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
