Responsibilities The Front Desk Associate is responsible for driving sales through excellent customer service. You will work directly with existing and prospective clients to determine needs, schedule appointments, and sell memberships. This role is a critical liaison between client, therapist, and business. · Provide excellent customer service through client outreach and in-person discussions · Build and maintain client relationships · Educate clients on the value of therapeutic massage and differences in service offerings · Encourage client feedback and reviews · Problem-solve to determine client needs with the therapist's skill set · Adhere to all sales-related policies and procedures · Meet established sales goals · Discuss and seek additional sales opportunities based on client need · Excellent attention to detail · Comply with all policies and procedures for opening/closing, communication, scheduling, and client checkout · Follow-up and confirm appointments · Assist in the maintenance and organization of the office Post and keep track of social media Qualifications · 1-2 years experience preferred · High School diploma or equivalent · Strong written and oral communication skills · Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) · Self-motivated team player · Availability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays · Highly customer service-oriented, results-driven, goal-oriented Familiar with different social media platforms Mission Statement: At Balance Orlando, we are not just a massage and bodywork clinic; we are your partners in achieving lasting wellness.
