BENEFITS: Ability for career growth in leadership roles Paid Training Flexible hours Valuable work experience Future references/referrals REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork Preferred bilingual speaking ability (Polish or Spanish) Availability to work weekday afternoon shifts (3:20-9pm) as well as one weekend day shift (7:45am-4pm) Successful completion of Swim Instructor training is required during initial on-boarding training (training provided on-site) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Check-in and organize students for proper class placement within the pool deck area, ensure students enter and exit class on-time as well as keep area clean, safe and organized for families. Sanitize equipment on pool deck as necessary. Take attendance of the students and communicate with Head Receptionist regarding absent students Ability to help/teach beginner-level swim lessons (full training provided) Organize and sanitize equipment for swim instructors throughout the shift Assist with processing in-person enrollments Perform various cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe facility Executing transactions of retail goods for sale at the facility Basic knowledge of software functionality (training provided) Ability to answer phone calls as needed Lifeguard/CPR certification should be obtained within 60 days of hiring (training provided either in-house or off-site, cost of the certification will be reimbursed)
