Front Desk Manager – Alliance Culver City Pay Range: $17.91–$19.00/hour Location: Culver City, CA Please note - this is NOT a seasonal position Alliance Culver City is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team. Alliance is an established gym in the Culver City area focusing on self-defense, fitness, and weightlifting group classes. Competitive candidates will have some sales experience or be highly trainable and eager to learn! Key Responsibilities: Support the front desk team to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests, in-person and over the phone Handle scheduling, membership inquiries, and check-in procedures Monitor inventory and assist with retail sales Foster a clean, welcoming, and professional environment Collaborate with management to meet membership and sales goals Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness space Evening and weekend availability Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 45 lbs as needed Sales experience is a plus, but not required Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel) Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Unlimited commission on membership sales Complimentary employee membership Alliance Culver City is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
