This is a Sherman Associates owned Marriott franchised location. This position as a Front Desk Associate is responsible for check-in, checkout, kiosk operations, and all other guest transactions they strive to exceed established standards at every opportunity and take pride in the overall look and feel of our brand. Schedule : We are currently seeking part-time availability, weekends required. Shifts available include 7 am - 3 pm. Essential Functions Ensures every guest is greeted and Welcomed on arrival Registers and book guests, verifying reservation, address, email address and credit information Proficient on kiosk operations to assist when necessary Answers all inbound calls in a professional manner Has an intimate knowledge of the hotel facilities and the local geographic area Accepts payment for guests' accounts at the time of registration and at checkout Maintains a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily Processes all Retail transactions for the guest Responsible for restocking and assuring overall cleanliness of Retail Issues luggage claims and check guest luggage when requested
