Job Description
Front Desk / Guest Experience Specialist This position is responsible for delivering a professional, efficient, and guest-focused experience throughout every stage of a guest’s stay. Responsibilities include managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest requests, completing operational tasks, and supporting daily hotel operations as needed. This is a high-activity, fast-paced position that requires staff to remain engaged and actively working throughout the entire shift. Candidates must be dependable, able to multitask efficiently, and maintain a strong sense of urgency and professionalism at all times. Team members are expected to follow company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, communicate effectively, and uphold high service standards. The role also requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Candidates must also be comfortable reporting daily tasks, performance updates, and operational issues to a hands-on, detail-oriented management team in a timely and professional manner.
