Front Desk Associate (part-time)

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met in a professional manner. Basic knowledge of computers is essential. Additionally, you must be able to process payments and answer general customer questions. Your goal will be to be on time, provide excellent service to our customers and exceed their expectations by resolving any queries or concerns in a prompt manner. Must have a flexible schedule. Some weekends are required. MUST BE 21 OR OLDER. This is a PART TIME position only. If you call out multiple times a week, this is NOT the opportunity for you. Responsibilities Make reservations over the phone, process credit cards, process cancellations and their fees Answer and screen incoming calls Monitor the front desk Process reservations (checking guest in/out of their rooms) Answering questions and directing guests appropriately Greeting guests warmly and providing a high level of customer service. Provide daily reports. Cleaning on each shift Assuring the next shift is informed of important information Monitoring for new cases (special requests, amenities) We are looking for a PART TIME Front Desk Associate who has excellent customer service skills.
