Job Summary: We are an Optometry Office seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our PATIENTS, MANAGING appointments, performing insurance verification, checking in patients, and assisting with various administrative tasks. A warm, professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position. Eye Care Expereince is a Plus. Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Two years' minimum experience in customer service. Essential Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong reliability and a track record of punctuality. Proficiency with typing, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
