Job Overview Ebenezer is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join our senior apartment team at Tower Apartments in Minneapolis, MN! This position will be serving as an ambassador of the community during non-business hours, the front desk attendant provides building oversite and a customer experience that will always be remembered with the highest level of responsiveness. This front desk schedule includes; 16 hours ever two weeks Part time; Day shift: 8 AM - 4 PM Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) Responsibilities: Provides responsive customer service to all customers Functions as building office assistant during non-business hours Responds to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies when they occur in the building Provide various maintenance, housekeeping, culinary and safety duties Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: less than 1 year of previous experience Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1 year of previous experience Qualifications: $18.51- $26.14 Hourly Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
