(20-30hrs per week) Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. assist in operation of campground store, including inventory control, sales transactions, and product displays. Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests to enhance their stay experience. Handle phone professionally, providing information about amenities, local attractions, and store hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and general store to ensure a welcoming environment. Address guest concerns promptly with a positive attitude, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette. Familiarity with front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, and basic campground management software is a plus. Ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Previous experience working in resort or campground environments is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate guest needs.
