Our growing orthopedic and chiropractic office is looking for an exceptional Front Desk Coordinator to become the face of our practice. We are seeking someone who is: Friendly, positive, and professional Empathetic toward patients experiencing pain or discomfort Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced medical environment Reliable, punctual, and accountable An excellent communicator in person and over the phone Patient and solution-oriented when handling scheduling or insurance concerns Able to stay calm and composed during busy periods Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Comfortable learning medical software and office systems Responsibilities Include: Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance and collecting payments Coordinating patient flow with providers Maintaining accurate patient records Delivering outstanding customer service every day Support clinic operations by managing filing systems, medical records organization, and office supply inventory. Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Office, typing and familiarity with medical office management software. Ideal Candidate: Experience in a medical, chiropractic, orthopedic, or wellness office is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and personality. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and medical billing procedures. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse patient populations effectively.
