We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our Santa Barbara clinic. This is a front desk–focused role that plays a critical part in shaping the patient experience, with light hands-on support assisting with patient rooming and exam room turnover. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Experience (Primary Focus) Greet patients warmly and create a positive, reassuring first impression. Check patients in and out efficiently and professionally. Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments. Answer phones, return messages, and provide clear information to patients. Verify insurance, collect payments, and assist with basic billing support. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Clinic Support (Light Duties) Escort and room patients as needed to support clinic flow. Assist with exam room turnover between patient visits. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure an efficient, seamless patient experience. Qualifications Medical front desk, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Calm, professional, and compassionate demeanor. EMR/EHR experience is a plus.
