Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Serve as the shift leader for front desk associates, providing guidance, support, and oversight. Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting guests warmly, responding promptly to inquiries, and handling requests or issues with professionalism and care. Monitor daily check-ins and check-outs to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Train and mentor front desk team members, reinforcing hotel policies and brand standards. Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and front desk administrative duties as directed by management. Perform daily audits, monitor room inventory, and ensure accurate billing and payment procedures. Resolve guest complaints and escalate complex issues to management when needed. Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure timely room readiness and service requests. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times. Assist with Marriott systems and tools including mobile check-in, MGS, StayPMS, and any relevant brand platforms. Support safety and security protocols and ensure all staff follow proper procedures. Perform all duties of a front desk associate as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business coursework preferred. Minimum 1 year of front desk or guest service experience in a hotel environment. Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with hotel management systems (preferably Marriott systems). Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and lead by example. Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
