Duties Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information with excellent phone etiquette Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting Maintain a welcoming environment by supervising guest relations and ensuring all staff adhere to hospitality standards Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs swiftly and effectively Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, especially at the front desk or guest services area Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience in night audit procedures and handling guest relations in a resort or hotel setting Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends Join us to create memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in hospitality!
