Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team at our vibrant hospitality establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities Manage all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience. Lead and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service, emphasizing professionalism and hospitality standards. Oversee reservation systems, room assignments, and billing processes with accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly, turning challenges into positive resolutions. Maintain effective communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly. Monitor multi-line phone systems and ensure phone etiquette is consistently professional and courteous. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong understanding of guest services. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is preferred.
