Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk/Night Auditor, where you will be the welcoming face and the vigilant guardian of our hotel during evening hours. In this vital role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure smooth operations overnight. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately Handle all aspects of night audit processes, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and reconciling daily transactions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details to support hotel operations Monitor security systems and conduct routine safety checks to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles, processing payments, and managing front desk documentation Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality setting is preferred Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and organized during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of guest relations Join us to deliver memorable experiences through vibrant hospitality management!
