About Us We're a growing steam room and sauna installation and repair business based in the South Bay. Our field techs handle the installs and service calls — we're looking for a reliable, organized office assistant to keep the back office running smoothly and be the friendly voice customers hear when they call. This is a great opportunity for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small business environment. What You’ll Do Answer and return customer calls and messages in a professional, friendly manner Schedule site visits, installations, and follow-up appointments across our techs' calendars Send estimates, invoices, and payment reminders to customers Track job status and keep records up to date Order materials and coordinate with suppliers when needed Handle day-to-day admin: data entry, filing, document organization Manage the owner's calendar and help prioritize daily tasks Receive and sign for inventory deliveries at the warehouse office Organize and file before/during/after job photos submitted by field techs What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills — phone, text, and email Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball Comfortable with everyday business software: Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, QuickBooks, and scheduling/CRM tools (we'll train on the specifics) Trustworthy and discreet — you'll have access to customer information Reliable and punctual; able to commit to consistent in-person hours Experience in a trade, construction, or home services business is a plus Prior admin, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred Required 1+ year of office or administrative experience High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Associate's degree 1+ year of customer service experience Familiarity with QuickBooks or field-service software Jobber Job Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour unpaid lunch, 1–2 pm) Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience Employment type: Full-time, hourly, W-2 Location: In-person, Torrance, CA 90503 Start date: As soon as we find the right person Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Eligible for annual discretionary bonus Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
