Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bend, OR, for a Front Desk Property Management Assistant. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, assisting with property management tasks, coordinating lease administration, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants. The Assistant will manage daily office operations, ensure quality customer service, and support the smooth functioning of the office. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to professionally interact with clients, tenants, and team members. Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration, with the ability to assist in property-related processes and maintain lease records. Experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, organization, and maintaining office operations. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in relevant property management software is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management preferred.
