Job Summary We are seeking an bilingual (English-Spanish) energetic and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist for our Beauty Bar to create a positive first impression for clients and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining an organized front desk environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills, ready to support both clients and team members in a fast-paced, beauty-focused setting. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they walk in Manage phone line efficiently, directing calls and taking messages with professionalism and courtesy Schedule appointments accurately using scheduling software, confirming details with clients if needed Maintain a clean, organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and updating client records Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer support and support for service bookings Assist with office management tasks using QuickBooks or similar tools. If not, training will be provided Support administrative functions like proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up on client requests Skills Bilingual and fluent English-Spanish. Portuguese is a plus, if not, Portunol might works Proven experience working at a front desk or in an office management role within a customer service environment Basic computer literacy including data entry skills Excellent phone etiquette with experience and providing clear communication Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management Familiarity with office tools such as QuickBooks for bookkeeping and calendar management software.
