Front Desk Concierge / Patient Coordinator Elevate Wellness & Aesthetics – Atlanta, GA (Suburbs) Elevate Wellness & Aesthetics is a boutique, concierge-style medical aesthetics and wellness clinic focused on delivering an elevated patient experience. We specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss in a high-touch, luxury environment. We are seeking a Front Desk Concierge / Patient Coordinator who is polished, personable, and confident in both customer service and sales . This is not a typical front desk role—this position plays a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while contributing to clinic growth through retail and membership sales. Schedule Tuesday – Friday: 9:45 AM – 4:00 PM Occasional Mondays as needed Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently Greet patients and deliver a seamless, luxury-level experience from check-in to check-out Educate patients on services, skincare, memberships, and treatment plans Confidently recommend and sell retail products and memberships Process payments and maintain accurate patient records Support daily clinic flow and assist with operational tasks as needed Qualifications Previous front desk, medical office, med spa, or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence Comfortable discussing pricing and closing retail and membership sales Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with Zenoti is a major plus (strongly preferred) Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Bonus structure for retail and membership sales Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding clinic Employee discounts on services and products Work in a supportive, team-oriented, and elevated environment Ideal Candidate You are someone who Naturally connects with people and builds trust quickly Takes pride in delivering a luxury-level experience Enjoys sales and understands how to recommend products with confidence Is proactive, reliable, and takes ownership of your role How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note on why you would be a great fit for Elevate.
