Contract Front Desk Receptionist - 9 weeks starting Feb.16th M-F 8a-5p Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization.In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and ensure smooth office functioning.Your positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to creating a warm, efficient, and organized environment.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting our team's daily operations.Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls efficiently, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.Handle all front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading documents with attention to detail.Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks.Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing mail, organizing supplies, and overseeing clerical functions such as photocopying and scanning.Provide excellent customer service support by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining proper phone etiquette.Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and proofreading.Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.Experience with front desk operations in medical or dental offices is a plus; familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous.Knowledge of office management practices including calendar management, bookkeeping basics using QuickBooks, and personal assistant responsibilities.Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where professionalism meets efficiency!
