Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls promptly - Manage incoming and outgoing mail - Maintain office cleanliness and organization - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying - Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support - Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution Requirements: Must have a fluent command of both English and Spanish - Hebrew, Armenian and Russian language skills are a plus - Proven experience in customer service or office management - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Experience with order entry systems is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued and developed.If you are a proactive individual passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this role.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$17.25 - $19.16 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Professional development assistance Experience:Customer service:1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:cemetery salesperson (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Sylmar, CA 91342 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Sylmar, CA 91342:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
