Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls, managing schedules, and greeting visitors with professionalism. Additional responsibilities include providing customer service support, performing clerical duties such as data entry and filing, and maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk area. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to professionally interact with clients and answer incoming calls. Strong Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, and organizational abilities. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure positive client interactions and satisfaction. Ability to multitask, maintain professionalism under pressure, and work effectively in a team environment. Experience with office management systems or scheduling tools is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s degree or prior experience in a similar role is a bonus.
