Front Desk Receptionist

Natural Therapeutics is a locally owned and operated massage therapy clinic looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.My name is Zebrina and I am the owner and manager.I have been in business for over 13 years and we have 200active members! We love our clients I am looking for someone who will take good care of them! Everyone who comes into our clinic should feel at home.I'm looking for the right person to convey this to our clients, but I also need someone who can follow my policies and procedures.Duties will include general office work, including, answering the phone, greeting clients, checking them in and out, explaining and selling auto draft memberships, scheduling appointments and managing the massage therapists schedules! Friendly customer service is a MUST and front desk experience is preferred.I'm looking for someone who can multitask and take initiative.You must be proficient with the computer/cell phone/tablets, understand how to use a point of sale system and be able to work in a team environment! This job will have a set schedule which will include Monday and Tuesday evening 145-8p, Wednesday evening 215-8p and Sunday 130-6p.You MUST be punctual.Also looking for someone who is flexible and can help cover shifts when co-workers need days off! I am looking for someone who can take guidance easily.It is very important that you are comfortable learning the appropriate way to do things and will ask for help when needed.Once you are fully trained, you must be comfortable working independently without supervision and can still uphold the integrity of the company!!
