Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization.In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative flow throughout the office.Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting daily operations in a dynamic setting.Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously.Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files.Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls smoothly.Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client needs.Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with clerical procedures.Knowledge of office management tools such as calendar management software and data entry systems like QuickBooks or bookkeeping platforms.Exceptional attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing filing systems.Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a professional environment while honing their administrative expertise.Join us in delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in office management!
