About the Role We are a fast-paced Property Management firm in Vancouver, WA, looking for a confident, articulate, and highly organized professional to join our team. This role requires an individual who can manage a multi-line phone system with poise while staying calm under pressure. The ideal candidate is a self-motivator who thrives when working independently, possesses strong conflict resolution skills , and is looking to grow within the company. We need a team member who isn't afraid of a busy atmosphere and takes pride in maintaining a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities The Front Line: Manage at times a high-volume, multi-line phone system with professionalism and a clear, articulate speaking voice. Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors; must be able to handle stressful situations and difficult conversations with a firm but professional demeanor. Financial Support: Assist with rent collection, utility billing, Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, handle digital and physical filing, opening and disbursing mail and ensure the office remains organized and tidy. Stewardship: Responsible for office cleanliness, including light cleaning and organization of common areas to maintain a professional atmosphere. Departmental Support: A team member who assists the leasing and maintenance departments with administrative overflow and various office tasks. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, managing a multi-line phone system and working in a professional office environment. Communication: Must be articulate and confident when speaking with clients and staff. Resilience: Ability to handle high-stress situations without becoming overwhelmed. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and able to learn property management software quickly. Autonomy: A self-starter who is dependable, identifies tasks during downtime, and works effectively without constant supervision. Professionalism: High level of office etiquette; able to take constructive feedback and apply it immediately.
