You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of our club. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist members and guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage reservations for courts and coaching sessions. Provide information about club amenities, services, and upcoming events. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and club. Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently. Promote club services and encourage membership upgrades. Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately. Passion for Padel or racquet sports is a plus. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
