Duties Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages engagement Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed product demos and upselling where appropriate to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are appealing and accessible Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, promoting sales opportunities Manage phone etiquette by answering inquiries professionally and directing calls efficiently Support inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves and assisting with inventory counts to ensure product availability Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred, Minimum of 1 year in HVAC supply. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings and customer service excellence Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math is essential for accurate transactions and reporting Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette are vital for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone Experience in merchandising, product demos, upselling, and stock management will help you excel in this role Ability to handle basic math calculations confidently ensures smooth cashier operations and accurate cash handling This role offers a lively environment where your energy and dedication will directly impact customer satisfaction and store success.
