FRONT DESK / SALES ASSOCIATE — Brazilian Top Team Austin (BJJ Academy) Location: Austin, TX 78729 Pay: $16/hour + bonuses on memberships Schedule: Part-time — M-F 3pm-7pm. Brazilian Top Team is one of Texas's premier Jiu-Jitsu academies, and we're hiring a Front Desk / Sales Associate for our Austin location. This is a people-first role — you're the first face members and prospects see when they walk in. WHAT YOU'LL DO Greet members and visitors warmly Give academy tours and sell memberships to walk-ins and trial students Answer phone calls, texts, and DMs from prospective students Follow up with leads and book intro classes Keep the front desk area clean and organized Light admin: check-ins, processing payments, scheduling WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely loves people Sales experience (retail, gym, restaurant, hospitality all count) Strong communication skills — phone, text, in-person Reliable and punctual Comfortable with basic tech (CRM software, iPad, phone) Bonus: experience in fitness, martial arts, or BJJ WHY WORK WITH US: Free Jiu-Jitsu membership for you Commission on every membership you close Bonus when hit the monthly sales goal Growing brand with multiple Texas locations Fun, family-style team culture To apply, send your resume + a quick note about why you'd be a great fit.
