This dynamic role combines front desk operations, sales, and customer relationship management to ensure a seamless and premium experience for our clients. Position Overview We’re seeking a highly organized, sales-driven professional with 2-3+ years of experience in sales and customer service . The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong interpersonal skills, and is passionate about achieving sales goals while delivering a 5-star customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Morning Operations Vehicle Check-Ins : Greet customers, check in vehicles, and assist with product selection. Upselling & Product Knowledge : Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products based on customer needs. Daily Sales & Customer Interaction Lead Follow-Ups : Call and follow up with leads, provide quotes, and schedule appointments. Customer Communication : Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person professionally and promptly. Shop Coordination & Workflow Management Installer Coordination : Collaborate with the installation team to ensure vehicles are worked on in the correct order and deadlines are met. Problem Resolution : Communicate delays or changes to customers in a professional and courteous manner. End-of-Day Duties Checkout & Payments : Facilitate smooth vehicle pickups, process payments, and finalize transactions. Customer Reviews : Request and collect reviews to maintain a 5-star rating. QualificationsRequired 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-touch environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy shop setting. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, etc.). Strong product knowledge or willingness to quickly learn about window tint, PPF, and related services. Preferred Experience in the automotive or similar service-based industry. Familiarity with invoicing software and point-of-sale systems. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay : $18–$25/hour, based on experience. Commission : Eligible for monthly commission pay. Hours : Full-time (40–45 hours/week).
