Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth front desk operations, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of guest relations. Duties Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes. Manage guest services and address any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and service quality. Coordinate night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as needed. Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns and feedback in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and staff alike.
