How can I help you?” · Podium: Check spelling. o Professionalism is important. o Whether texting, speaking or on the phone, you represent Clay. · Communicating with the team via Teams and email Athena Knowledge · Register a patient · Scheduling appointments o Appointment Types · Inboxes o Patient Cases o Clinical inbox assignment o Check history · Support each other as a team Front Desk : Priorities · Opening of Office – Arrive by 7:30am o Lights o TV o Music o Ensure office is picked up from night before P aper put away § Ensure there is no trash or shipments visible from front door. · Prep for day schedule o Print blood labels o Prep folders for appointments o Print Vibrant Orders o Place orders as needed · Answer phones throughout the day · Check In Patients o Confirm everyone walking in is on the schedule and appointments are updated. § Athena is used for all patient appointments. · Athena records needs to include: o Add Insurance o Add Drivers License o Emergency Contact o Consents documented o Preferred traditional pharmacy · Support Athena Inbox o Help with inboxes in Athena § Focus on document labeling o Help with medical record request o Route files where they need to go o Notify Laurel/Shirley on Mondays with supplies needed o Send Appointment Reminders for the next two days § Send reminders 72 to 48 hours in advance · Facilities o Stock bathrooms o Stock office supplies o Notify Clinin Manager on Mondays with supplies needed · Charge patients for their in clinic services o Use HubSpot to pull up Clients record o Charge for in clinic services § Repeat Labs § Labs that have changed § Injections · Check out o Use clinical checkout sheet to ensure next steps for the patient are started § Schedule Follow up appointments § Input patient case for referrals if needed § Scan care outline into record About Clay Health & Care Clay Health & Care is reshaping the healthcare landscape with an innovative approach that champions proactive "health & care" over traditional "sick care".
