About The Role We are seeking a Software Engineer II - Front End to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as an individual contributor supporting the development and delivery of high-quality front-end solutions. Working closely with team members and under the guidance of leadership, you will be responsible for implementing features, debugging issues, and optimizing applications to ensure seamless user experiences. The position offers an excellent opportunity to grow technical and communication skills while contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact on government services and the public. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of front-end development principles, be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, and possess the ability to estimate, plan, and execute development tasks effectively. You will participate in planning sessions, contribute to architectural discussions, and support the deployment and monitoring of applications in both test and production environments. This role also involves participating in on-call rotations and working closely with stakeholders to understand technical trade-offs and dependencies within complex systems.
