Position Summary: Craftex is seeking a friendly, dependable, full-time Front-End Supervisor to join our team. This role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Key Responsibilities Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with primary emphasis on exceptional, fast, friendly, and accurate service Manage daily front end operations to maintain efficient checkout flow and reduce wait times, adjusting staffing levels to open or close registers as needed Manage register operations, authorize returns, perform voids and overrides, and ensure proper cash handling and draw balancing Coach team members on best practices, reinforce policies and expectations, monitor performance and provide feedback Oversee cashier training and staff onboarding, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to company standards Ensure the front-end area, including registers and entrances, are clean, safe, and organized Scheduling team members to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and breaks Support sales efforts and assist with high volume or complex transactions to ensure accuracy Perform cashiering duties as needed, including register opening and closing, while leading by example Maintain point of purchase items, ensuring displays are stocked and presentable Identify and review process improvements with front-end staff Participate in weekly planning meetings with leadership Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in a cashier role and 2 years in a supervisory position Prior leadership or supervisory experience required Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills for managing staff and interacting with customers Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure Demonstrates accountability and takes ownership of responsibilities Team oriented with a proactive and positive attitude Be able to stand on your feet during your entire shift and able to lift up to 20lbs High School diploma or equivalent REQUIRED Compensation & Schedule: Hourly pay: $20.00 - $24.00 depending on experience Full-time position with required weekend and holiday shifts Potential for overtime hours available Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
