Front of House / Shift Manager The Breakfast Spot – Fort Washington, MD Full-Time / Part-Time Available The Breakfast Spot is looking for a strong Front of House / Shift Manager to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced breakfast carryout environment. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, customer-focused, and able to lead by example during busy breakfast rushes. This is not just a cashier position — we need someone who can handle customers, support the team, keep operations moving, and help maintain standards during the shift. Responsibilities Lead front counter operations during shifts Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally Manage online orders, carryout flow, and delivery tablets Support kitchen communication and keep ticket flow organized Train and coach front counter staff Open and/or close the store properly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area Handle cash drawer and basic shift paperwork Help maintain speed, accuracy, and positive team energy during busy hours Requirements: Restaurant experience preferred Leadership or shift lead experience is a plus Must be dependable and on time Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced breakfast environment Positive attitude and team mindset Weekend availability preferred What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Stable hours Fast-growing business with opportunity to grow Team-focused environment Free/discounted meals At The Breakfast Spot, we’re building a team built on speed, consistency, respect, and customer service.
