Front of House (FOH) & FOH Lead Positions Dandelion Cafe – Now Hiring at All 3 Locations Bellaire – 5405 Bellaire Blvd Heights – 611 W. 22nd St Rice University Campus – 6100 Main St Dandelion Cafe is now hiring for Front of House team members and FOH Lead positions at all three locations. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and hospitality-driven individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment. FOH Responsibilities Include: Barista duties (espresso drinks, coffee preparation, etc.) Cashier / point-of-sale operations Beverage preparation Food running and guest service Maintaining cleanliness and organization Delivering exceptional customer experience All FOH team members will be trained in every aspect of front-of-house operations. FOH Lead Responsibilities: Lead and support FOH team during shifts Maintain service standards Assist with training new team members Help manage workflow during busy periods Support management with daily operations Qualifications: Previous restaurant experience is a plus Coffee experience is highly preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude Outgoing personality with great guest interaction skills Team player mindset Willingness to learn and grow We are building strong teams at all locations and are looking for individuals who want to grow with us.
